1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProofMap (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProofMap is an objective-centered prompt optimization and qualification platform for AI agent teams. The Service allows you to define objectives, evaluate prompt candidates against test suites, and retrieve resolved prompt packages for target runtimes.

3. User Accounts

You may authenticate using a supported SSO provider (Google, Microsoft, Apple, or GitHub) or with email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting to interfere with the Service's operation, accessing data not intended for you, or using the Service for illegal purposes.

5. Provider API Keys

You may configure third-party API keys (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) for use with the Service. You are responsible for all usage and charges incurred through those keys. ProofMap encrypts stored keys and never exposes them to other users or agents.

6. Intellectual Property

Your prompts, specs, test cases, and evaluations remain your intellectual property. ProofMap may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ProofMap shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
